Main Reports Turnaround times

• Dispatched in 3-4 working days (if medical records are available at the examination)

• Dispatched in 1-2 working days (if medical records review is not required)

• Dispatched in 5-7 working days (if medical records arrive after the appointment)

 

Addendums Turnaround times

• Solicitor’s brief questions:  Dispatched within 5 working days  

• Review of additional Medical Records with a brief set of questions:  Dispatched within 7 working days

• Part 35 large set of questions:  Dispatched within 10 working days

• Review of Video Surveillance Footage:  Dispatched within 14 working days

 

Amendments Turnaround times

• Minor Factual Amendment:   Dispatched the same or next working day

• Moderate Amendment:  Dispatched in 3-5 working days

• Major Amendment:   Dispatched in 5-7 working days

 

Agency Specific Clinics with special terms

• Clinic size: 8-12 single instructing party cases  

• Reports completed in 2 working days after the clinic (for medical records available at the time) 

• Report fee charged 10% less on the overall invoice for the agency dedicated clinic

• A dedicated team is appointed to handle the clinic operations for completion within 2 working days
